Method 1: Profile Manager
1- Log into My VikngCloud portal
2- Click 'Profile' in upper right corner dropdown below your user name to access Profile Mgr
3- In Profile Mgr, click Settings > Security > set Two Factor Authorization slider to 'ON' position
4- Make sure you have a valid mobile phone # set up in Profile Manager (Settings > Mobile). This is needed for 2FA to work
That's it! Next time you attempt log in you will be prompted to enter a 2FA verification code, which is sent via text to your mobile phone.
Method 2: User Details screen
1- Log into My VikingCloud portal
2- Click Tools > Users and enter your name to find user
3- In User Details screen, click Edit then check the '2 Factor Authorization' box, add a valid phone number, and Save Changes
That's it! Next time you attempt log in you will be prompted to enter a 2FA verification code, which is sent via text to your mobile phone.
